DONT TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!!

ok so this past week I was working on the ambulance. I was placed on an overtime shift with a young man who I rarely work with. This usually is not an issue, and for most of the day it was not an issue. however, later on in the day I was brainstorming and free writing ideas for my paper. SIDE NOTE( people who have not yet read the same "proposal" that we have are very un prepared for some of our ideas. This young man is one of those who has had every thing imaginable happen to them, you know the kind you are telling something to then they spin it to all about them and there past !! ugghhhh!! anywho, He decided to ask my opinion on whether or not he should take his meds, I asked what they were for, he responded that he was clinically depressed and a schizophrenic with bi polar tendancies! WWWWHHHOOOOAAAA here I am thinking of reasons we should euthanize and eradicate crazies and this pops up. ok so I am usually a smart ass but I do genuinely care about people and without thinking I rambled off some of my essay points! such as don't take meds, ems no longer responds to suicidal emergencies, and just planly to go get himself put down. If he had read the "Modest Proposal" and if I had explained my situation a bit better this may have been humerous, but since I did neither this guy went plain ape shit. we had supervisors and human resources involved within minutes. Wild day. So in conclusion if you are doing an akward project or paper and creative juices are flowing, please, please give background info to your immediate audience. my lesson learned could save you all a small bit of heart ache. luckily I was able to iron all the kinks out and all parties are doing well! have a great day see you
